We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not use the Site for advertising.

We keep enquiry and client records only as long as necessary to handle your request, provide services, and satisfy legal and regulatory obligations. When no longer needed, information is securely deleted or anonymized.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and ask questions about how it is handled.
