These terms and conditions govern your use of canada4immigration.ca (the "Site"), operated by J&J Immigration. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for general information about our immigration consulting services. You may browse and share its content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or misrepresent the content as your own.
Information on the Site is general and does not constitute legal or immigration advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a consultant-client relationship. Such a relationship begins only when a written retainer agreement is signed. Immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other authorities; we do not and cannot guarantee any particular result.
Requesting a consultation through the Site does not by itself create an engagement. The scope of services, fees, and payment terms are set out in a separate written agreement provided before work begins.
J&J Immigration is led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R406599) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). You may verify our status on the CICC public register.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to J&J Immigration and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Photography is used under license.
The Site may link to external websites, such as government resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, J&J Immigration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information it contains.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, shown by the "last updated" date above.
